We are back in not so sunny Florida now. I was hoping it would be nice and hot when we got home, but it wasn't. While in New Hampshire I did not get a chance to write in my blog very often, so over the next few days I will be catching up on what happened starting with the day we arrived.

We arrived a little late, it was raining bad when we left so we had a slight delay. It was incredibly cold in New Hampshire. I definately did not bring the right clothes. I was so excited for Monday morning to get started on the campaigns.
The first thing we did monday morning was go to a Leiberman event. He was doing a breakfast at a local resteraunt. We stood outside for about an hour. My winter clothes are not true winter clothes, so i froze to death. We got to catch a quick glimpse of him as he went into the resteraunt. It was kind of disapointing. I was hoping to meet him or at least see him up close. The first day at the Nashua campaign for Dean was also a disapointment. I made calls to volunteers to make sure they were coming for GOTV (Get out the vote) Then we learned how to phone bank. People are not very nice when you call them at home. I felt like a telemarketer. By the end of the day I missed my husband sooo much and my kitties. We also got this big lecture from the peeps at the Dean campaign about not talking about what we are doing. It is all very hush hush. But since it is over, I see no problem telling. They said if we told we would be kicked off the campaign. I never saw what the big deal was since all the campaigns were doing the same thing. I will write more later, i have so much homework to catch up on

I am having the greatest time. For the past two days, I have been at the door greeting everyone and signing people in. I haver met some of the most interesting people. The vermin guy came in today. He is one of the lesser known canidates and dresses up like a bug. He started yelling asking if Dean wouls support the use of federal money for a time travel research. There are some different people in the world.
All the people i have met at the campaign are so nice. i am going to miss my "peeps" from manchvegas. There is a group of people i wish i could take home with me cuz we are having so much fun.
Tomorow is going to be a long day. We have to leave the hotel at 5:30 am. All those who know me knowhow horrible that is for me. But the day should be fun. At 8, after the polls close we are going to the party. That should be a blast. (Sorry for the typos, it is very cold in thwe hotel lobby am i am rushing)

today was so much fun. I got to see Dan Rather, he had some funky bandaid over his nose. Then there was a rally at the volunteer headquarters. Dean was thanking all the volunteers, there was hundreds of people there and he announced that he wanted to thank all the people down from USF that are freezing for him. I t was so awesome. I then met a bunch of people from the SIEU and got a purple DEan shirt. Purple is my absolute favorite color. it is fandango.
The other day was pretty cool also. i was doing phone banking and Rob Reiner came in, he is meathead fromArchie bunker. he gave a speech about how great everyone was and how awesome Dean is.
